Alex grew up between Los Angeles and Washington DC, and his taste carries both coasts. Seventies rock, disco and Motown were the soundtrack of his childhood, and they still surface in his sets.
He developed a love of Latin rhythms playing conga drums in high school, which makes him the obvious call for bilingual weddings and celebrations that need the salsa and bachata handled properly.
Nineties house is his other soft spot, and he is happy to build a late-night stretch around it.

Maryland's DJ was professional and reliable, and super responsive to emails. We worked with Alex who was awesome! It was super easy-we made a playlist on Spotify of the type of songs we wanted and he went with it. Our dance floor was so fun and was exactly what we had envisioned. DJ Alex did a phenomenal job not only during the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and party… but perhaps most importantly, before the wedding weekend even started. The conversations we had with him made us very comfortable - we recognized that he knew exactly what we were going for. And he executed. He did such a great job - we had the best time of our lives and his attention to detail, attitude, energy was a big part of why it was such a success.
