The booth that empties the dance floor, in a good way

Guests step onto the platform, the camera arm orbits, and ten seconds later they have a branded slow-motion clip on their phone. It is the single most-shared thing we bring to an event.

Epic Events

Wow your guests with our 360 video booth. This technology captures stunning 360 panoramic videos and immersive moments, turning every event into a memorable masterpiece.

Guests share their videos by text or QR code download, and each clip can be custom branded to highlight your event. The spacious platform holds up to four adults, so groups can jump on together.

What it needs from your room

Solender Events

This is the part hosts underestimate most often. The booth itself needs a clear eight by eight to ten by ten foot area, with several more feet around it so the line can form without crowding the platform. That is why we ask for twelve by twelve where the room allows.

Ceiling height matters too. The camera arm swings overhead, so low basement ceilings and tents with hanging decor need planning in advance. The platform has to sit on a level, stable surface, and the booth needs a dedicated, stable power source. We bring our own equipment and cabling.

  • A clear floor area with ceiling clearance for the arm
  • A dedicated power source near the setup
  • A level surface: ask us about grass, gravel or a raised stage
  • Room for the line, away from the platform

Keeping the line moving

Solender Events

A 360 booth is less a photo op and more a tiny performance, which is exactly why people line up for it. The one risk is a runaway line that eats into the rest of the night, and a few things keep it under control.

Guests who are given something to do, a spin, a jump or a prop toss, produce noticeably better footage than a silent, awkward ten seconds.

  • An attendant who explains the pose, counts down and moves the next group in
  • A clear start and end time, such as cocktail hour and the first hour of dancing
  • Music and prompts that hype the platform
  • No more than four guests on the platform at once

Frequently asked

How much space does a 360 booth need?
A twelve by twelve foot clear area with about eight feet of ceiling clearance is ideal.
How many people can go at once?
Two to four adults on the platform, depending on the platform size we bring.
Can we brand the videos?
Yes. Logos, monograms, hashtags and brand colors can all be built into the overlay.
How does a 360 video booth work?
One to four guests stand on a platform while a camera arm on a rotating base spins a full circle around them, capturing slow-motion footage from every angle. The clip is edited in near-real time with music, text overlays and your branding, then sent to the guests' phones.
Read the 360 video booth guide
How long does each turn take?
The arm usually spins for three to eight seconds. With an attendant explaining the pose, counting down and moving the next group into position, each turn takes roughly fifteen to twenty seconds instead of a minute of hesitation.
How do guests get their video?
By text message or a QR code scan, plus a shareable online gallery of every clip from the event. Your logo, monogram or hashtag is built into the overlay, so every share carries it along.
Does the booth need power?
Yes, a dedicated, stable power source. We bring our own equipment and cabling. If your venue has limited outlet access or strict cabling rules, tell us well before the event so it is not discovered on the day.
Will it work under a low ceiling or in a tent?
It can, if it is planned for. The arm needs clearance overhead, so low-ceilinged basement rooms and tents with hanging decor are the spaces to flag in advance.
Can the 360 booth go outdoors?
The platform needs a level, stable surface to spin safely and consistently. Tell us the actual surface planned, whether grass, gravel or a hard patio, since not every surface is suitable without additional flooring brought in.
Which events suit a 360 booth best?
Sweet sixteens, quinceaneras, bar and bat mitzvahs and milestone birthdays are where we see the longest, happiest lines, and plenty of weddings run one successfully. Teenagers and young adults who are comfortable performing for a camera love it. A more reserved or older guest list often gets more use from a print or glam booth.
Compare the seven booth types
Should the booth run all night?
Usually not. Running it during a defined window, cocktail hour and the first hour of dancing for example, keeps energy high without the booth becoming background furniture.
What props work in slow motion?
Props that move. Confetti, flower petals and streamers look spectacular thrown at the right moment, and oversized signs and simple hand gestures read clearly. Small handheld props get lost in motion blur. Check with your venue before using confetti or petals, since some ballrooms and outdoor sites restrict them.

Do we need a backdrop for a 360 booth?
Not a flat one. The camera captures a full circle, so the room around the platform becomes the frame: uplighting, drapery or a circular curtain enclosure. Draped fabric surrounds and LED accent lighting can be color-matched to your palette.
Read the backdrop guide
Can we pair it with another booth?
Yes, and many hosts do. We often set the 360 booth near the dance floor for the after-dinner crowd and run a print booth or glam booth in a calmer corner for guests who want a traditional photo or a family portrait.
See the print photo booth
Is an attendant included?
Yes. An on-site attendant manages every rotation, troubleshoots technical hiccups, keeps the platform clean between guests and makes the calls on group size and safety.
Where do you bring the 360 video booth?
To weddings, mitzvahs, milestone birthdays and corporate events across Maryland, Washington DC and Virginia.
