Plain language on what you agree to when you contact us, how we message you, what we do with your information and where artificial intelligence shows up in our work.
Using this site
This website is owned and operated by Solender Events LLC, which also operates the Maryland's DJ and Epic Events brands. Pricing, packages, availability and sample work shown here are for information only and are not an offer or a contract. A booking exists only once we send a written agreement and you sign it and pay the retainer.
Photos, video, written content, logos and playlists on this site belong to us or to the people who created them. Please do not copy or republish them without written permission.
Text message consent (A2P 10DLC)
When you check the consent box on any form on this site, you agree to receive text messages from Solender Events LLC at the mobile number you provide. These messages relate to your inquiry and your event: quotes, availability, scheduling, planning questions, arrival details and reminders.
- Message frequency varies based on your event and your replies.
- Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop messages. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase or of any service we provide.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed on every network.

Information we collect
Our forms collect the details you give us: name, email address, phone number, event date, venue or city, the services you are considering and anything you write in the notes field. We use that information to answer you, prepare a quote, staff your event and keep records for accounting.
We do not sell your information. We do not share your mobile number or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We share information only with the vendors that help us run the business, such as email, texting, calendar, payment and customer management tools, and only so they can perform that work for us.
You can ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by emailing info@solenderevents.com. We keep signed contracts and payment records as long as the law requires.
How we use AI
We use artificial intelligence tools in a few places, and we want you to know where.
- Replies and planning documents. We sometimes use AI assistants to draft quotes, timelines, playlists and answers to common questions. A member of our team reviews anything we send you.
- Website content. Some blog posts, service descriptions and location pages are drafted with AI assistance and edited by our team. Treat them as general guidance, not professional advice.
- AI photo booth experiences. Our AI photo booth turns guest photos into stylized images at the event. Images are processed by a third party AI provider to create the print or digital copy. Guests choose whether to step into the booth, and we can turn the AI features off for your event on request.
- What we do not do. We do not use your event details, contracts or guest photos to train public AI models, and we do not let AI make final decisions about pricing, staffing or your contract.
AI generated output can be wrong. If anything in an AI assisted message or document looks off, tell us and the written agreement controls.
Photos, video and media at your event
We may photograph or record portions of events for our portfolio and social media. Tell us in writing before the event if you would prefer we did not, and we will respect that. Photo booth galleries are shared with the client and with guests who ask for their own copy.
Bookings, payments and cancellations
Dates are held only after a signed agreement and retainer. Retainers are non refundable, balances are due before the event, and the specific terms for your booking, including overtime, travel and rescheduling, are in your agreement. Where this page and your signed agreement differ, your agreement wins.
