Audio nobody notices, because it just works

Outdoor vows, garden ceremonies, tented programs and open-air panels are the hardest audio jobs there are. Wind, distance and lack of power kill more moments than bad DJs do. We plan for all three.

Redundant wireless

Lavalier, handheld and backup transmitters on separate frequencies, coordinated to avoid DC-area interference.

Distributed coverage

Multiple small speakers instead of one loud one, so the back row hears the vows without the front row wincing.

Power independence

Battery systems and generator coordination for sites with no usable outlets.

Ceremony sound, handled by the same team as the reception

Maryland's DJ

Our DJs handle equipment setup, every music cue and equipment removal, so the ceremony is covered by the same people running your reception. That includes wireless microphones for the ceremony and a curated selection of music for the prelude, processional, ceremony and recessional.

The micro wedding and minimony packages we built for smaller celebrations use the same approach: a full hour of ceremony music followed by a fully mixed DJ set from one of our expert DJs.

  • On site DJ for equipment setup, all music cues and equipment removal
  • Wireless microphones for your ceremony
  • Curated prelude, processional, ceremony and recessional music
  • A fully mixed DJ set from one of our expert DJs

Great things can come in small packages

Maryland's DJ

A micro wedding has all the features of a traditional wedding at a reduced scale. With a guest count of 50 or fewer, these intimate events can still include a full ceremony, cocktails and dinner, along with every milestone: the first look, the first dance, cutting the cake.

A smaller guest count also opens up venues that larger weddings cannot use, from parks and art galleries to cafes. Whatever the size, we want your Maryland, Virginia or Washington DC wedding to be unforgettable.

Frequently asked

Do we need separate ceremony sound if the reception is nearby?
Almost always yes. Moving a reception system mid-event risks your timeline and rarely covers an outdoor space well.
What if there is no power at the ceremony site?
We bring battery-powered systems rated for the full ceremony length.
Can you record the ceremony audio?
Yes, we can supply a clean audio recording for your videographer.
