Maria Gonzalez is the operations director for Maryland's DJ and Epic Events, which means she is the person holding the whole calendar in her head. Staffing, scheduling, gear, load in times, travel, backups: if it has to happen before the first song plays, Maria has already handled it.
She oversees day to day operations across both companies, pairing the right DJ, MC, motivator, photo booth attendant and assistant with each event, then making sure every one of them has the equipment, the timeline and the details they need to execute properly. Nothing goes out the door half packed and nobody walks into a room unbriefed.
Clients rarely see her at the party, and that is the point. When a ceremony moves up twenty minutes, a venue changes a loading dock rule or a crew member gets stuck in traffic on the Beltway, Maria is the one solving it quietly while the event keeps running on time.
